Mental Health Talks 

Our first Instagram Live Podcast was launched during Mental Health Awareness Week 2021. We interviewed a guest everyday of Mental Health Awareness Week. Topics covered in this podcast include navigating Christianity & LGBTQI+, dealing with grief, overcoming depression, navigating cultural differences between generations, music as a tool for Mental Health and expression.

Movember Talks

Our Movember talks Podcast was launched during November 2021 as part of awareness efforts for the Mens Health organisation Movember. Topics that were discussed during this podcast include destigmatizing Mental Health, encouraging men to its not weak to speak, suicide awareness and prevention, vulnerability and courage and more.

Manioro Pride Talks

Manioro Pride Talks is a series we did during Pride Month February 2022. We initially were set to host Manioro as an event but it was postponed due to COVID. Topics discussed in this podcast include disrupting toxic stereotypes such as femininity vs masculinity, advocating self love and rejecting shame around being Queer, indigenous perspectives of Pride.
