Shipping & Returns
We offer shipping to NZ nationwide (rural addresses are charged an extra fee) and Standard & Express shipping rates to Australia nationwide. Unless otherwise stated (pre-orders will be notified of expected delivery dates on website before checkout), NZ shipping is expected to take from 2-5 business days (allow longer for rural addresses). AUS shipping times are unknown at this time due to international shipping delays etc.
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless otherwise stated (this could be due to pre-orders of which an expected wait time will be outlined on our website). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking numbers.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. e.g If you realise you have ordered the wrong size we are happy to replace the item for you if you can provide the necessary details. Please know you will be responsible for paying for shipping if you are the one who has ordered the wrong size. Note: If we send you the wrong size by mistake we will organise a courier to pick the clothing up for you and will replace it for no expense for you.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless there is obvious manufacturing damage.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
