Introducing our "You are worthy" tee called "AWOL". We're bringing back our Mental Health apparel in full force as we strive to raise Mental health awareness and encourage people to redefine the way people view and validate themselves. 100% of the profits fund our Nevertheless Charity enabling us to fund free programmes that promote creativity as a healthy way of expression and coping mechanism.
FRONT: Intentionally reversed design with the words "You are worthy". Written backwards to encourage the wearer to look in the mirror, read the words and validate themselves.
BACK: Features the name of this line - "AWOL". AWOL traditionally stands for Absent Without Leave. It's a military term used when someone is not present at their post or duty without official permission.
In this context AWOL to us means "ALWAYS WORTHY OF LOVE". We want people to know that YOU ARE WORTHY OF LOVE. Isolation is not independence. The opposite to depression is connection.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
We offer shipping to NZ nationwide (rural addresses are charged an extra fee) and Standard & Express shipping rates to Australia nationwide. Unless otherwise stated (pre-orders will be notified of expected delivery dates on website before checkout), NZ shipping is expected to take from 2-5 business days (allow longer for rural addresses). AUS shipping times are unknown at this time due to international shipping delays etc.
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless otherwise stated (this could be due to pre-orders of which an expected wait time will be outlined on our website). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking numbers.
Returns:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. e.g If you realise you have ordered the wrong size we are happy to replace the item for you if you can provide the necessary details. Please know you will be responsible for paying for shipping if you are the one who has ordered the wrong size. Note: If we send you the wrong size by mistake we will organise a courier to pick the clothing up for you and will replace it for no expense for you.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@neverthelessnz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless there is obvious manufacturing damage.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
